One of my favorite trends of the moment is velvet. Velvet pants, dresses, skirts, and shirts I find myself wanting to buy. So this fall I’ve been searching for a good pair of velvet pants at a decent price and finally landed on these at Ann Taylor Loft.
I’ve always really liked the cut of dress pants for women. I think it’s mostly the cut of the pant but they are usually also extremely comfortable. When I found these pants in black velvet, it was an instant purchase.
The problem I came accross when putting together an outfit with velvet pants and is that they very easily go from casual to fancy. I paired them with a denim shirt to keep them relaxed and casual. You can also wear a cotton blouse or t-shirt to keep a casual look or a silk blouse if you do want to go more dressed up for work or night. They didn’t seem super versatile at first but they really are! I’ve linked few options below for velvet pants all under $50 to shop now.
